We're Back: Holy Cow Adventures This Autumn & Winter

Holy Cow Adventures is relaunching — and this time, we're leading with curated, experiential travel instead of standard tour packages. Same network of vendors we've built over years, same attention to detail, but a sharper focus on making every trip feel handpicked rather than off-a-shelf. Here's what's on this Autumn and Winter.

Kashmir, in its autumn colours. Chinar trees turning gold across Srinagar's Mughal gardens, shikara rides at dawn on Dal Lake, saffron fields in bloom near Pampore — and as the season turns, Gulmarg's first snow. We're pairing the classic Srinagar-Gulmarg-Pahalgam-Sonmarg circuit with houseboat stays and, for those who want it, a proper Gulmarg skiing package with lessons included.

Nagaland's Hornbill Festival, paired with Meghalaya. Early December brings tribal dances, headgear and costume you won't see anywhere else in the country, at Kisama Heritage Village — and we're combining it with Meghalaya's living root bridges and misty valleys for a trip that pairs vivid culture with quiet, green stillness.

A boutique Goa, beyond the beach package. Heritage villas, quiet beaches at sunrise instead of the packed Baga strip, Portuguese lanes in Fontainhas — this is Goa the way it's meant to be experienced, not rushed through on a checklist.

And new this year: Thailand. We're soft-launching our first Thailand season for the cool months (November through February), with island time, temple architecture, and a few experiences — a private yacht evening, a candlelit dinner on the water — that go well beyond the standard island-hopping tour.
